Our Promise:
We promise to provide you with a healthy, loving puppy.  Your puppy will be free of defects and is guaranteed for one year.  In order to fulfill this guarantee the new owners must have their new puppy inspected by their veterinarian within 48 hours.  A copy of the veterinarian inspection and clean bill of health must be sent to us within one week. If the veterinarian determines the puppy is not healthy an explanation of health issues must be provided within one week. If within one year, a puppy develops a serious health problem, the owners must inform us prior to any surgery or other action taken. We reserve the right to receive a second opinion. Puppies deemed to be unhealthy upon the first vet visit or those that develop serious medical conditions within the first year will be replaced with the next available litter. A hernia is sometimes common in the breed and is not considered a serious medical condition. Puppies will not be replaced if new owners fail to spay or neuter as requested below.

Your Promise:
You promise to raise your puppy in a loving, nurturing environment. You will provide adequate water, food, and shelter at all times. New owners will maintain annual vaccinations and have their new puppy spayed/neutered within 6-8 months or as recommended by their veterinarian. If for some unforeseen reason you need to find a new home for your puppy, you will contact us first to either take the puppy back or to help you place your puppy in a new home.  You promise to never sell your puppy to a pet store or puppy mill.

If you have read and understand the terms listed above, please type the words "I Agree" in the box below:

We will contact prospective owners to set up a phone interview once the veterinary reference has cleared.  Upon agreement of terms, a minimum $100 deposit is due within one week.  The remaining balance ($400) is due one week prior to picking up the puppy or the puppy being delivered.
